Additional information
Rates include: heating, lighting and linens
Up to two pets are welcomed. There is a small surcharge of £10 per week for pets to cover any additional cleaning requirements.
Generally rentals are from Saturday to Saturday but at low season, we are happy to try and accommodate alternative rental periods.
A non refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
The balance of the rental must be paid 4 (four) weeks before your arrival date.
Occupancy of the cottage commences at 3:00pm on the day arrival, and must be vacated by 10:00am on the morning of your departure.
We operate a strict No Smoking policy in the cottage.
Dogs must be house-trained, and kept off the soft furnishings / beds. Owners must pick up and dispose of any dog dirt responsibly. Dogs must bring their own beds.
